Websites have been the primary focus for most of my work with Sea Dog Designs. It is mostly through creating websites for clients that I have been able to work on print and graphic projects for them as well.
I started building websites in 2000, and for the first few years built static HTML sites. Some, like Jonathan Fong Style, below, are still active. Beginning in 2005, I started working with content management systems, a dynamic (database-driven) web architecture. I generally use Drupal for these sites, though I also work in Plone for any sites I work on hosted by Davis Community Network.
Following are links to a few representative websites.
Drupal website for a Davis-based bike designer and builder.
Drupal website for Sacramento-based nonprofit environmental research and advocacy organization. The content of this site is maintained and updated by CAW staff.
Drupal website for a national, nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. dedicated to ensuring that the public interest is a fundamental part of the new digital communications landscape. The content of this site is maintained and updated by CDD.
Plone website hosted by Davis Community Network.
Static HTML website for a Los Angeles-based home style guru.
Drupal website for a Newport Beach-based sailing center, part of Orange Coast College. I created this website for OCC to replace the static website I built for them in 2001. The content of this site is maintained and updated by OCC staff.
